Event Details

Where: Island Resort and Casino - Harris, Michigan (Upper Pennisula)

When: Thursday August 27, 2026 – Sunday August 30, 2026 (Arrival Thursday, Golf on Friday & Saturday - Departure Sunday)

What: 3 nights / 2 rounds of golf with cart, GPS, warm-up range balls and all the Yoot goodies including SKINS/Feast or Famine entrance fee (for each person).

Lodging: Island Resort and Casino (All Rooms Double Queen Rooms)

Courses: Friday – Sweetgrass Golf Course,  Saturday- Sage Run Golf Course (included in package)
(Note: a new 9-hole golf course "Cedar" will be opening for play at the resort can can be booked by calling the resort for anyone looking to play extra golf)    

Additionally, For anyone that will be going earlier - I am holding a limited number of tee times at Greywalls 

(one of the best rated courses in Michigan) for WEDNESDAY (August 26th - tee times starting at 2pm)

- you must stay at the resort to get this preferred "stay and play" rate

(lodging included in the golf rate is for Wednesday evening). Rate: $206/person double occupancy (two staying in the room) $251 Single Occ.

(You will pay this extra cost directly to the resort at check-in - NOT me - it is NOT part of the package above) 

However, you need to confirm this with me for reserving a spot and they will collect the extra fee upon check-in)      

Package Price (includes 3Nights/2 Rounds, all goodies, all taxes, fees):
$475/person (Double Occupancy (two golfers/room - two queen beds and full bath) 
$645/person  (Single Occupancy (one paid golfer (alone in room or non-golfer would share at no cost- two queen beds and full bath) 

Transportation: Not Provided - All transportation on your own (Island Resort is approx 6hr 30min drive from Rochester Hills area) 

The closest airport would be Escanaba, MI (about 15miles from Resort)

Note: Sage Run Golf Course is about 8 miles from the resort.

(Extended) Stay (optional): Yootshoot Group Room Rate of $61/per night Double Occ (Both pay $61) or $106 Single Occ

(not included in package and must be reserved ahead of time - let the group leader know when booking package - but you will pay this directly to the resort when checking in)  

Payment: FULL payment due by Friday May 15, 2026

Tee Times: Will be early morning tee times starting at 8:00am (the Course does not allow shotgun starts (unless buying the whole course out)

 and will be in assigned REGULAR TEE TIMES). 

Weather: The average historical temps during the same weekend we will be there are mid 70's°F / Low in mid 50s°F (morning temp). 

Pre-Round: Not provided in package.  However, you may book rounds at same courses if interested or see info above
